The apartment being rented is located on the turquoise coast, in the municipality of San Teodoro, in the Capo Coda Cavallo area.
Capo Coda Cavallo is a strip of granite land that extends into a stretch of sea sheltered by the imposing and fascinating mass of Tavolara, the smooth rocks of Molara and the picturesque islet of Proratora, together which make up a protected area covering 15 thousand hectares of crystal clear waters, inlets and coves, from Capo Ceraso to Punta s'Isuledda, where the southernmost of the splendid beaches of San Teodoro is located.
Some of the most famous beaches in all of eastern Sardinia are just a few minutes from here: Baia Salinedda, sand with reddish rocks, protected by the Ruja island, Cala Brandinchi, dunes of very fine white sand, with crystalline seabed, and its 'twin' Lu Impostu, an arc of almost a kilometer of white sand with clear waters. And again the delightful Cala Suaraccia (or butterfly beach), the coves and rocks modeled in original shapes of Cala Ghjlgolu, which you will reach by paths between centuries-old junipers, and La Cinta, the most famous, three kilometers of dunes of very fine sand which they end to the north with the splendid promontory of Puntaldìa. Behind it is the San Teodoro lagoon, a resting point for pink flamingos during migratory periods, an ideal place for walking and birdwatching.
One of the most evocative coastal scenarios in the Mediterranean will appear to you: white sand beaches, coves, islets, lagoons and infinite shades of colour. With any wind, you will find a location with calm sea.
The rental house is located in a predominant position, just 400 meters from the Salina Bamba beach with a fantastic sea view. Not far from the other beautiful beaches of Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia etc., easily reachable on foot.
The house has a large living area with kitchen equipped with hob, fan oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge; double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and washing machine, two further bedrooms with bunk beds for 2 beds each and further complete bathroom, large veranda overlooking the sea; exclusive covered parking for one car inside the “Porto Coda Cavallo” residence.
The house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The most useful services are just a few tens of meters from the house: market, ATM, delicatessen, beauty centre, bar, pharmacy, hairdresser, diving centre, etc.
CONDITIONS AND RULES:
Check-in from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm (possible extra for late check-in)
Tourist tax to be paid at check-in, according to the tax regulations of the local municipality.
Domestic utilities (water, electricity, gas) included in the price.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection, according to the provisions explained by the host.
If this is not respected, or if waste is left in disorder, there is a penalty of €100.
Security deposit of €500 required on arrival.
Signing of the rental contract is mandatory at check-in.
In compliance with safety regulations, the identity documents of each guest (including minors) must be presented at check-in at the latest for the transmission of data to the competent authorities.
